TERMOLUFT NORDIC O\u00dc processes personal data primarily for the following purposes:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">conclusion and performance of a contract;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">contacting the client;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">fulfilment of legal obligations (e.g., accounting).<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Data may be collected in the following ways:<\/b><\/h3><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">when contact details are provided on our website, by e-mail or through other communication channels (e.g., name, address, phone number, e-mail address, preferred method of contact);<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">through the use of the website, including when creating a customer account or via cookies;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">when placing an order or making a purchase in our physical store or online store \u2013 for example, by providing the information necessary for delivery.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>Certain areas of the website may request additional information (such as postal code, personal identification number or delivery information) if necessary for the provision of services or preparation of a personalised offer.<\/p><h2><b>2. Collection of Other Data<\/b><\/h2><p>In addition to personal data, we also collect <b>anonymised or aggregated data<\/b>that cannot be directly linked to a specific person (e.g., age, gender, location, preferred language). Data regarding website usage behaviour may also be collected. The purpose of collecting such data is to develop and improve the website and user experience \u2013 for example, which products or sections are most frequently visited. These aggregated data are processed as non-personal data.<\/p><p><br \/><br \/><\/p><h2><b>3. Use and Retention of Personal Data<\/b><\/h2><p>TERMOLUFT NORDIC O\u00dc may use collected personal data for the following purposes:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">informing clients about new products, campaigns and events;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">fulfilling orders and ensuring the delivery of goods;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">improving customer feedback processes and service quality.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>Clients always have the right to opt out of newsletters or marketing messages \u2013 an unsubscribe link or instruction can be found in every message sent. TERMOLUFT NORDIC O\u00dc processes personal data based on the legal grounds set out in Article 6 of the GDPR:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">performance of a contract (Art 6 (1)(b));<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">consent (Art 6 (1)(a));\u00a0<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">legitimate interest (Art 6 (1)(f));<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">legal obligation (Art 6 (1)(c)).<\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Retention<\/b><\/h3><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">data are retained for the duration of the client relationship;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">data required by law (such as accounting records) are retained for the period specified by applicable legislation;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">clients have the right to modify or request the deletion of their data at any time (see Section 5).<\/li><\/ul><h2><b>4.Transfer of Data to Third Parties<\/b><\/h2><p>TERMOLUFT NORDIC O\u00dc may transfer personal data to partners who assist in providing services (e.g., delivery partners, IT service providers or marketing companies). Such partners are bound by contractual obligations to ensure confidentiality and data protection. Personal data will not be sold or shared without a legal basis.<\/p><h2><b>5. Client Rights<\/b><\/h2><p>The client has the right to:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">obtain information about what data is stored about them;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">request the rectification or deletion of data;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">withdraw previously given consent;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">receive data in a standard machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">submit a complaint to the <b>Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate<\/b> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aki.ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.aki.ee<\/a>).<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>If the client wishes to terminate the processing of their data, this will be considered a request to terminate the customer relationship. For security reasons, such requests must be submitted in a format that allows clear identification of the applicant (e.g., digitally signed or personally signed at our office).  We will respond to requests within 30 days.<\/p><h2><b>6. Cookies<\/b><\/h2><p>Our website uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the site, improve user experience and analyse web traffic. The types of cookies, their purposes, and user rights related to the use of cookies are described in a separate document \u2013 the <b>Cookie Policy<\/b>, which can be accessed on our website via a separate link. Where required, consent for the use of cookies will be requested and can be modified or withdrawn at any time.<\/p><h2><b>7. Security<\/b><\/h2><p>TERMOLUFT NORDIC O\u00dc implements appropriate technical and organisational measures (including encrypted communication channels) to protect personal data from misuse or unauthorised access.
