Fabryczna Office Park

Fabryczna Office Park is a modern office complex consisting of five buildings, offering Class A office space certified with the BREEAM environmental rating at the Excellent level. High indoor air quality in the office buildings is ensured by Klimor ventilation systems.
The manufacturer supplied the facility with EVO-S and MCKS air handling units in standard configuration, with a total air capacity of 550,000 m³/h. The units are equipped with two types of heat recovery modules: cross-flow and rotary heat exchangers.
Danfoss Poland
Unit type: EVO-S | MCKS
Total air capacity: 233 500 m3/h
Among the facilities located in one of Europe’s most advanced technology parks are also Klimor ventilation systems. The building, comprising a production hall, warehouse, and laboratory, has a total floor area exceeding 13,000 m² and is CO₂-neutral.
The company supplied the facility with six EVO-S air handling units equipped with cross-flow and rotary heat recovery exchangers, as well as two MCKS air handling units featuring dual cross-flow heat exchangers. The total air capacity of the systems amounts to 119,750 m³/h for supply air and 113,750 m³/h for exhaust air. In addition, the Klima-Therm Group delivered two Clint monoblock heat pumps, each with a cooling capacity of 353 kW, along with 50 SABIANA ducted fan coil units.
Center for Non-Invasive Medicine – Medical University of Poland

This state-of-the-art medical complex consists of four interconnected buildings. Over time, the quality of working and patient care conditions has significantly improved. The facility was equipped with 39 Klimor MCKH hygienic units with high-efficiency glycol systems and standard MCKS units. The total air capacity includes 193,000 m³/h of supply air and 187,000 m³/h of exhaust air.
Radisson Blu Sopot

Total air capacity: 212 000 m3/h
Radisson Blu Sopot is a four-star hotel located in a quiet district, just 250 meters from the beach. Its location, extensive infrastructure, guest services, and large event spaces make it a standout destination in the Tri-City region. To ensure top comfort and meet the highest standards, 22 Klimor units were installed, including standard MCKS units, suspended MCKT units, EVO-T Compact units, and MCKP units designed for pool areas.
Horizon Hotel & Resort

Horizon Hotel & Resort on kaasaegne ja mugav hoone, mis on projekteeritud silmas pidades luksuslike ja mugavate tingimuste pakkumist, vastates 4-tärni standardile. Kompleks koosneb 155 apartamendist, basseinist, spa- ja fitness-alast ning restoranidest. Parima võimaliku mugavuse tagamiseks külalistele ja töötajatele tarnis ettevõte Klimor kokku 15 ventilatsiooniseadet standardteostuses EVO-S ning riputatavas teostuses EVO-T, varustatud vastuvoolu-, pöörlevate ja glükoolsoojusvahetitega. Ventilatsiooniseadmete koguvõimsus on 33 000 m³/h.
Stena Line ferries
Unit type: MCKM
Total air capacity: 2500 m3/h
The Swedish car and passenger ferries “Stena Hollandica” and “Stena Britannica” are among the largest ships in the world (length 241 metres, width 28.7 metres, and maximum draught 6.4 metres). These sister vessels, owned by the ferry operator Stena Line, are designed to carry 1,200 passengers, 380 cars, and 200 trailers. Previously, they operated on the route between England and the Netherlands, but after modernization they now serve the route between Germany and Sweden. Their maximum speed is 22 knots. During the modernization, KLIMOR MCKM units with an air flow rate of 2,500 m³/h and an available external static pressure (AESP) of 1,000 Pa were installed. KLIMOR also equipped the ferries with an air distribution network for the dock sections.
