Lexus Rzeszów

On June 7, 2023, a new Lexus showroom was officially opened in Świlcza near Rzeszów. The building’s impressive architecture conceals an equally impressive interior. This modern facility is equipped with Klimor EVO-S ventilation units featuring cross-flow heat exchangers, providing a total air capacity of 33,350 m³/h.
BIMs PLUS Logistics Center

Total air capacity: 50 000 m3/h
A modern logistics complex with warehouse and office space was built in Dybów-Kolonia, covering a total area of 62,000 m². To ensure heating and indoor climate control, Klimor supplied 10 EVO-S units featuring cross-flow and rotary heat exchangers, as well as 3 suspended EVO-T units.
Center for Non-Invasive Medicine – Medical University of Poland

Total air capacity: 380 000 m3/h
This state-of-the-art medical complex consists of four interconnected buildings. Over time, the quality of working and patient care conditions has significantly improved. The facility was equipped with 39 Klimor MCKH hygienic units with high-efficiency glycol systems and standard MCKS units. The total air capacity includes 193,000 m³/h of supply air and 187,000 m³/h of exhaust air.
Radisson Blu Sopot

Radisson Blu Sopot is a four-star hotel located in a quiet district, just 250 meters from the beach. Its location, extensive infrastructure, guest services, and large event spaces make it a standout destination in the Tri-City region. To ensure top comfort and meet the highest standards, 22 Klimor units were installed, including standard MCKS units, suspended MCKT units, EVO-T Compact units, and MCKP units designed for pool areas.
Horizon Hotel & Resort

Total air capacity: 33 000 m3/h
Horizon Hotel & Resort is a modern, comfortable facility designed to meet four-star standards. The complex includes 155 apartments, a pool, spa and fitness areas, and restaurants. To ensure optimal comfort for guests and staff, Klimor supplied a total of 15 ventilation units—standard EVO-S units and suspended EVO-T variants—equipped with counter-flow, rotary, and glycol heat exchangers.
Łódź Medical University – Central Clinical Hospital

Total air capacity: 778 000 m3/h
In 2023, a new building of the university’s clinical and education center was completed, expanding an already significant investment. As part of the modernization, the hospital installed a modern ventilation system based on 79 Klimor MCKH units (hygienic version) and MCKS units (standard version). The facility uses indirect heat-recovery systems tailored to the specific hygiene and sanitary requirements, including glycol systems, cross-flow exchangers, and rotary heat exchangers, all equipped with full automation and control.
