TERMOLUFT NORDIC OÜ values the privacy of its clients and website users and processes personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation of the European Union and the Republic of Estonia. TERMOLUFT NORDIC OÜ may transfer personal data to partners who assist in providing services (e.g., delivery partners, IT service providers or marketing companies). Such partners are bound by contractual obligations to ensure confidentiality and data protection. Personal data will not be sold or shared without a legal basis.

The client has the right to:

• request the rectification or deletion of data;
• withdraw previously given consent;
• receive data in a standard machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller;

If the client wishes to terminate the processing of their data, this will be considered a request to terminate the customer relationship. For security reasons, such requests must be submitted in a format that allows clear identification of the applicant (e.g., digitally signed or personally signed at our office). We will respond to requests within 30 days.

Our website uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the site, improve user experience and analyse web traffic. By using our website, the client confirms that they have read these terms and agree to them. We reserve the right to update the Privacy Policy when necessary. Clients will be informed of any changes, and the most recent version will always be available on our website.
