TERMOLUFT NORDIC OÜ values the privacy of its clients and website users and processes personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation of the European Union and the Republic of Estonia. Certain areas of the website may request additional information (such as postal code, personal identification number or delivery information) if necessary for the provision of services or preparation of a personalised offer.
2. Collection of Other Data
In addition to personal data, we also collect anonymised or aggregated datathat cannot be directly linked to a specific person (e.g., age, gender, location, preferred language). Data regarding website usage behaviour may also be collected. The purpose of collecting such data is to develop and improve the website and user experience – for example, which products or sections are most frequently visited. These aggregated data are processed as non-personal data.
3. Use and Retention of Personal Data

- fulfilling orders and ensuring the delivery of goods;

- clients have the right to modify or request the deletion of their data at any time (see Section 5).
4.Transfer of Data to Third Parties
TERMOLUFT NORDIC OÜ may transfer personal data to partners who assist in providing services (e.g., delivery partners, IT service providers or marketing companies). Such partners are bound by contractual obligations to ensure confidentiality and data protection. Personal data will not be sold or shared without a legal basis.
5. Client Rights
The client has the right to:
- obtain information about what data is stored about them;
- request the rectification or deletion of data;
- withdraw previously given consent;
- receive data in a standard machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller;
- submit a complaint to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
If the client wishes to terminate the processing of their data, this will be considered a request to terminate the customer relationship. For security reasons, such requests must be submitted in a format that allows clear identification of the applicant (e.g., digitally signed or personally signed at our office). We will respond to requests within 30 days.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the site, improve user experience and analyse web traffic. The types of cookies, their purposes, and user rights related to the use of cookies are described in a separate document – the Cookie Policy, which can be accessed on our website via a separate link. Where required, consent for the use of cookies will be requested and can be modified or withdrawn at any time.

By using our website, the client confirms that they have read these terms and agree to them. We reserve the right to update the Privacy Policy when necessary. Clients will be informed of any changes, and the most recent version will always be available on our website.
