C200 Office is a former shipyard office building in Gdańsk, originally more than 27,000 m² in size. After a major revitalization, it now provides 17,600 m² of office space and 2,200 m² of warehouse space. The building is equipped with 17 Klimor MCKS units with full automation. Climate systems are managed via a central BMS using the BACnet protocol.
