The architectural layout consists of three hotel segments positioned around a central core. The wings are arranged at 120-degree angles, allowing panoramic mountain views or cityscapes from most rooms. A total of 14 Klimor units were installed: standard MCKS units and suspended EVO-T units equipped with glycol, rotary, and cross-/counter-flow heat exchangers, ensuring optimal humidity and temperature levels throughout the building.
