Milestone Wrocław Fabryczna This seven-story student residence in central Wrocław began construction in June 2022 and was completed in late 2023. The 10,000 m² building includes student rooms, a supermarket, gym, music room, and study areas. The building is equipped with modern Klimor cooling and ventilation systems, including rooftop EVO-T units with cross-flow and glycol heat exchangers.
