Salme tee 10 is a modern commercial building in Pärnu, where the ventilation solution was designed to provide an energy-efficient and reliable indoor climate. The project was developed by Rismar OÜ, for whom Thermoluft Nordic supplied two Klimor air handling units – EVO-T Compact 1200 and EVO-S Compact Vertical 0400. The total designed airflow capacity of the units is 4,826 m³/h, of which the EVO-T unit provides 2,016 m³/h and the EVO-S Compact unit 2,810 m³/h. Both units are equipped with integrated controls, energy-efficient EC fans and high-efficiency counterflow plate heat exchangers. The winter temperature efficiency reaches up to 86.55% for the EVO-T and up to 88.45% for the EVO-S Compact. In addition, the units are equipped with water heating coils and supply and extract air filtration. Thermoluft Nordic managed the equipment selection and delivery based on the technical requirements of the project, providing a compact and energy-efficient solution for the day-to-day ventilation of the commercial building.
