Factory Visit and Technical Training in Poland

From 5–7 October, Thermoluft Nordic took part in a three-day technical training programme in Poland. Together with a designer from Amecon and an automation specialist from Calidity, we visited Klimor’s manufacturing facilities and completed comprehensive product and selection software training.

Visiting Klimor’s three factories on site provided a valuable overview of the company’s production processes, quality control and technical capabilities. Particularly useful was the practical training with Klimor’s KAD selection software, which enables much more precise optimisation of unit configurations and operating points.

The results of the training were immediately visible in practice. In one project, optimising the unit configuration reduced the quoted price by more than 20%, while in another solution the SFP value was improved by nearly 33% by making only a few technical adjustments to the unit configuration.

This type of cooperation between the manufacturer, designer and automation partner enables us to offer clients better-dimensioned, more energy-efficient and more competitive ventilation solutions.

During the training, we also met with the Klima-Therm Group export team and discussed further developments in the Estonian and Finnish markets. In addition to Klimor ventilation solutions, Thermoluft Nordic is expanding its heating and cooling portfolio with KAISAI products.
